Dr. Esther Malm
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Esther Malm, a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist, specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities. Her expertise spans areas such as couples therapy, premarital counseling, women’s issues, spirituality, loss and trauma, daily life growth and well-being. Dr. Malm tailors her approach to each client, drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based practices, including, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago Relationship Therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, Narrative Therapy, and strengths-based therapies. She also offers PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS assessments to support personal and relational growth.
